一、适用范围：Scope of application

可生产品种：中药丸（大蜜丸）、黑芝麻丸、山楂丸、红豆薏米丸、紫薯丸、食用糖丸、丸状食品、球状食品等。Varieties that can be produced: Chinese medicine pills (big honey pill), black sesame pill, hawthorn pill, red bean barley pill, purple potato pill, edible sugar pill, pill-shaped food, spherical food, etc.

二、特点：Features

1.输送器与物料接触部位，采用不锈钢材料制作，其速度为无级调速，保证各种规格料条的出条速度。

2.采用光电传感器控制切条长度，保证药条长度一致，每条制品数量恒定，药头短小，且药头与成品分流，免去在成品中挑选药头。

3.采用间歇运动机械手（ZW-369S为气缸控制）切推料条，结构紧凑。

4.电气系统采用PLC控制，设置更方便快捷。（ZW-369S）

5.采用高精度CNC数控中心制作搓丸辊，以保证动辊和固定辊的分切间距在允许偏差内。

6.采用标准和专用机电元件，一旦发生故障可及时在市场和我公司采购，减少停产损失。

7.采用不锈钢板整机封闭，无污染，易清洁，符合GMP要求。

8.生产过程中可涮食用油或酒精。防止蜜丸粘模具。
