      多组份协效阻燃(服装)面料的最大特点是将防护性和湿热管理功能完美结合。这种产品以纤维素阻燃纤维为基础,纤维素阻燃纤维的吸湿性及透湿性使用者已经深有体会。面料的水汽转移阻耐性能(Ret)越小,面料的透湿性越好,将会提高阻燃服的舒适性。其测量方法参照GB/T11048-2008《热组合湿阻的测定》、ISO11092标准。EN469消防灭火服的性能要求标准指出,水汽转移阻碍性能指标低于30较好。水汽转移阻碍性能取决于纤维素阻燃纤维的混纺比例,纤维素阻燃纤维含量越大,水汽转移阻碍性越小,阻燃防护服的舒适性越强。经检测,当纤维素阻燃纤维的含量大于50%时,Ret值低于30。以纤维素阻燃纤维为基础,以芳纶1414为骨架,根据不同要求配以防静电纤维或其他功能纤维,使其具有透气、吸湿,调节人体热量的功能;遇到火焰有防止热收缩及燃烧破裂的特点,选用合理的配比可使防爆裂功能可发挥到极限。再配以2%防静电纤维,使产品成为本质阻燃,防静电、防止热收缩、防止燃烧破裂,舒适性好、强力高的新面料,价位仅是老IIIA(芳纶1313/芳纶1414/导电丝:93:5:2)面料的1/2
