1、防腐蚀性能的应用
由于橡胶、玻璃、金属合金等材料在耐腐蚀方面存在缺陷,难以满足条件苛刻的温度、压力和化学介质共存的环境,由此造成的损失相当惊人。而PTFE材料以其卓越的耐腐蚀性能,业已成为石油、化工、纺织等行业的主要耐腐蚀材料。其具体应用包括:输送腐蚀性气体的输送管、排气管、蒸汽管,轧钢机高压油管,飞机液压系统和冷压系统的高中低压管道,精馏塔、热交换器,釜、塔、槽的衬里,阀门等化工设备。
