Nickel 141焊条用于Nickel 200 Nickel 201的焊接保材质
Nickel 141 焊条主要用于Nickel 200、Nickel 201合金的药皮焊条电弧焊,和镀镍钢材在镀镍层一侧的焊接,也可用于钢的堆焊。焊缝金属中钛和碳产生反应使游离态的碳降到比较低的水平,因此这种焊条可以用于低碳镍合金(Nickel 201)的焊接。焊缝金属具有优异的耐蚀性能,特别是耐碱金属腐蚀的能力。这种焊条也可用于异种材料的焊接,包括Nickel 200合金和Nickel 201合金之间的焊接以及各种铁基和镍基合金的焊接。Nickel 141 焊条适用于全位置焊接。

Nickel electrode 141
The Nickel 141 welding rod is mainly used for the electrode welding of Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 alloy, and the welding of Nickel plated steel on the Nickel plating side, and also for the surfacing of steel. The welding of titanium and carbon in weld metals causes the carbon to be reduced to a lower level, so this electrode can be used for the welding of Nickel 201. Weld metal has excellent corrosion resistance, especially corrosion resistance of alkali metal. This electrode can also be used for welding of heterogeneous materials, including the welding of Nickel 200 alloy and Nickel 201 alloy, and welding of various iron and Nickel base alloys. The Nickel 141 electrode is suitable for all position welding.
