一、简介

YL800PC为重型机型，马达采用双频控制，稳定省电；操作采用双面牙杆调整，简单方便；出纸采用多条皮带配合吸风保证连续不断并准确给纸；独有三板式预折，使给纸更准确；提供上下糊桶左右两组，适合各种变化的产品；采用光电计数器，可定量计数，装有自动踢板装置（可选装自动喷记装置）；输送压台采用特殊材料，确保产品完美无缺；适合一般两折盒，及四折、六折或四折勾底；在本机基本配置的基础上，有针对性的增加辅件，更能适应各类特殊变化的盒型。本机主要适用于小型包装，如化妆品、药品、酒盒及其它卡纸包装、瓦楞纸包装。调试简单，操作简易方便。

This machine is mainly suitable for small packaging, such as cosmetic box, medicine boxes, wine boxes and other paper and corrugated packaging. Simple debugging, easy and convenient operation.

二、组成部分

分为给纸、折返、底贴、本折、传压五个部分。

Components:

Paper feeding, pre-folding, bottom glueing, folding, pressing five units.

1)      给纸部：

由六条30mm宽给纸带配合吸风马达；12mm金属板横向调动单板独立操作设定宽度，压花动力导轮引导出纸皮带；左右二边设挡板，配合产品式样左右调动；给纸部配二把出纸刀，根据实样调节不对称长度；吸风强度由吸风开关控制；整体配合完成快速度简便连续自动正确给纸；配无段变速调节进纸距离。

Feeding unit: feeding belts width 30mm 6 pcs with adsorption motor ; Use12 mm metal plate to set width and the power roller drive the paper belts; Left and right two sides baffle, adjusted according to the product styles;

With two paper knife, asymmetric adjustment according to the real sample length;the intensity of the suction controls by the switch; Stepless feed distance adjustment

2）折返部：

前段配置左右边预折刀，可完成小边边贴的预折135度；后段左右边均有任意线预折180度装置；使盒子撑开时更容易，调整尺寸均由电机调整，调整尺寸更准确、便捷。

Pre-folding unit: Front end has folding knife, can complete the edge folding 135 degree; back end on left and right sides has arbitrary folding device 180 degrees; Make it easier to open the boxes. Dimensions are adjusted by the motor, more accurate and convenient.

3） 底贴部：

所有糊筒可装卸；上糊筒配左右各一个；下糊筒配左右各一个，根据实际情况选用，糊筒的糊量可调节，稳定、保养简便；提供的糊轮厚度是4mm，也可按客户特别要求选用；糊筒采用坚固、耐用的全钢材质；底贴由四组勾底装置配合完成。

4） 本折部：

本折部选用30mm底部和30mm宽的拐带组合而成；左右两边完成第二折线180度，第四折线180度完全结合；左右导轮根据不同位置调教以配合折盒更顺畅；下方轴承支持引导皮带正确运转，调整尺寸均由电机调整，调整尺寸更准确、便捷。

5） 传压部：

上下传动可调节长度；配皮带松紧自动调整系统；连续自动积盒方式确保盒子整齐进入输送部；电计数器自动踢板两用装置；配有空压系统和压着输道系统。可根据不同盒型、纸质调节压轮，使盒子压贴更加完美。

6） 输送部：（根据客户纸板要求添加）

采用独立500mm宽，4mm厚的瑞士进口皮带柔软适中，并配合海棉带不会压伤成品，气动调节压力；使勾底盒压胶更完美。整个输送部可前后移动；均衡压着，整齐输送，确保完美品质；输送部速度根据主机转动速度配合光电器自动调节，也可选用手动运转方式及速度；由橡胶轮组成一组功能装置。
