5、耐热钢板:
是指在较高温度下、局部温度可达600°C、在时间负荷情况下仍能显示出特性的钢种。产品形状采用欧洲煤钢共同体标准EURONORM79中的定义。标准中所有钢种,其重量均按比重为7.85千克/分米3计算。标准下的钢号有:UHI、HI、HII、17Mn4、19Mn6、15Mo3 通常以热轧、正火,13CrMo44、10CrMo910以正火、调质热处理。相关规程:(TRB)压力容器技术规程,TRD蒸汽锅炉技术规程,TRG高压气体技术规程。如未规定试验温度,则试验应在300°C下进行。热处理和热加工注意事项详询。抗拉强度350-630牛顿/毫米2,屈服强度:185-310最小值牛顿/毫米2,伸长率17-25%,0-20°冲击最小值27-31J。状态:正火,热处理正火温度890-950°C,消除应力退火520-620°C。
研究19Mn6钢板经过锻造及热处理后能否代替20、25钢用作锅炉锻件.通过对原材料的化学成分、力学性能及金相组织进行分析,确定是否符合标准,然后进行下料、锻造、热处理、取样、经过试验及组织性能分析发现,19Mn6锻件的各项性能指标均能达到检验标准,可以代替20、25钢做锻件使用。并确定19Mn6钢锻件的锻造温度为:加热温度1200 ℃,保温1 min·mm-1,始锻温度1100~1150 ℃,终锻温度≥850 ℃,锻后空冷,锻后采用正火热处理,加热温度为910~940 ℃,保温时间为1 min·mm-1空冷。
