其具体实施过程为：模具上做均恒的加温道，当注塑机合模后（特殊情况下可开模即进行加热）吹入高温高压热水，首先把模具温度提高到一个加热设定值，然后开始给模腔注射塑胶，在注塑机完成射胶/保压转入冷却后，开始注入冷水，模具温度很快下降到一个冷却设定值后开模，完成整个注塑过程，等待下个注射周期。
