      滤芯的评定:
      评定过滤器的最重要的准则是β值。此值是按照国际标准ISO/DIS 4572用所谓多次通过试验来测得的。
      定义: β值是指上游液体中大于给定尺寸x的颗粒数与下游液体中大于相同的给定尺寸x的颗粒数的比值。
      Nv Nv=过滤前的尺寸大于x的颗粒数
      βx= Nh=过滤后的尺寸大于x的颗粒数
      Nh X=颗粒尺寸
      根据β值的定义可以很容易地推导出一个公式,用此公式可以求得某种滤材分离大于一定尺寸的颗粒的效率: β值/过滤效率比值

      过滤器最佳规格的确定
      在进行计算之前,首先要了解下述参数:
      一、 要求滤器达到的最大流量Q已知(升/分钟)
      二、 工作介质的运动粘度υ已知(mm2/S或cSt)
      三、 工作介质的密度ρ
      四、 过滤精度μm
      五、 滤材
      最终目的是要选择一个合适的滤器,其自身的总压差ΔΡ总在洁净状态下对于高压过滤器不应大于ΔΡ最大=***,对于回油过滤器不应大于ΔΡ最大=***。这个极限值可以保证滤器在实际使用中达到流量及寿命的最佳化。
      与滤器规格相关的额定流量很重要。在选择滤器时,它应比实际上已知的流量大一些:
      Q额定>Q已知
      现在就可以检查一下,预选的滤器是否能满足实际要求:ΔΡ总≤***(高压过滤器)以及
      ΔΡ总≤***(回油过滤器);理论上的总压差ΔΡ总为空滤壳的压差和滤芯的压差之和。此时要注意工作介质的运动粘度和密度,因为后面所列的流量曲线是依据运动粘度ν=30cSt以及密度ρ=***3测得的。下面是近似计算总压差的公式,只需将运动粘度cSt以及密度kg/dm3的数值填进去即可:

      如果ΔΡ总<ΔΡ最大的条件得到满足,则表示已选择到合适的滤器规格。但是,若ΔΡ总>
      ΔΡ最大,则要用下一个较大规格的滤器来重新进行计算,直至上述条件得到满足。
      下面用两个计算示例来具体说明。
      示例一:回油过滤器的选择
      在一台液压设备里,回流的油要用一个滤纸做滤芯的回油过滤器过滤。
      注意:若在液压设备里有差动油缸或蓄能器工作,其最大回流量会超过泵送量的好几倍。我们要以这种回流量作为计算的立足点。
      已知:Q已知=90升/分钟 ν已知=32cSt ρ=***; 过滤精度20μm
      预选:规格RF030,Q额定=110升/分钟>Q已知
      根据流量曲线图求得在额定粘度为30cSt时的压力损失:
      ΔΡ滤壳=*** ΔΡ滤芯=***
      求得实际上的压力损失为: *** *** 32
