产品特点：

1、内置式密封润滑结构：泵内置式密封润滑结构，密封循环水对泵密封系统的润滑、冲洗更为直接、有效。  

2、外形美观：直线型的外观并在泵盖上附加强筋，内置式密封润滑结构使泵整体结构浑然一体，灵活的结构设计使泵更加精美大方。  

3、率：采用CFD计算流体动力学，分析计算出泵内压力分布和速度分布关系、优化泵的流道设计，确保泵有的水力形线，提高了泵的效率。泵体采用双流道设计，以减小径向力。泵体、泵盖、叶轮等过流部采用树脂砂板模造型，保证了外观及流道尺寸以及泵的水力效率。S、SA系列双吸中开泵效率比一般双吸泵高3～5％。  

4、平衡精度高：转子部件动平衡精度为G1。0级。

装配完成后，用手转动泵轴，没有擦碰现象，转动比较轻滑均勻即可，拆卸可按上述装配顺序相反地进行。S系列中开泵安装1，检査水泵和电动机应无损坏。水泵的安装高度，加上管路的水力损失，及其速度能，不得大于样本规定的允许吸上真空高度值。基础尺寸应符合泵机组的安装尺寸。安装顺序：①将水泵放在埋有地脚螺栓的混凝土基础上，用调整其间的楔型垫块的方法校正水平，并适当拧紧地脚螺栓，以防走动。②在基础与泵底脚之后灌注混凝土。③待混凝土干固后，拧紧地脚螺栓，并重新检査水泵的水平度。④校正电动机轴与水泵轴的同心度。使两轴成一直线，在两轴器外圆上的同轴度允差为0.1mm，端面间隙沿圆周的不均匀度允差0.3mm（在联接进出水管路及试运行后再分别校核一遍。

工作条件：

1．许用工作压力为2.5MPa；即泵入口压力+泵扬程≤2.5MPa。根据泵壳承受的压力，泵体和泵盖材质采用灰口铸铁(1.6MPa)、球墨铸铁(2.0MPa)、铸钢(2.5MPa)。在订货时敬请注明泵的承压情况或材质。

2．介质：温度≤105°C的清水或物理化学性质类似清水的其它液体(固体颗粒≤80mg/L)。 轴承1、采用油脂润滑的封闭式滚动轴承，维护简单，运行时间长；2、配备恒定油位的油杯，也可用稀油润滑；

3、选用进口(SKF、NSK、NTN)高质量轴承，运行平稳，噪音低，使用寿命长。 结构 结构紧凑、稳定性好。

S、SA系列双吸中开泵为泵壳中开结构，进出口均在泵体上，检修时只需吊出泵盖，转子部件便可移出进行检修作业，而不需拆卸管路，十分方便。 根据需要电动机(驱动机)可以在左端也可在右端，方便现场安装。结构上缩短转子部件轴向尺寸，轴的钢性更好，运行更稳定可靠。设有泵体密封环，而叶轮密封环为可选用件。密封环磨损后可以更换，减少了运行维护费用。
