德国蒂森Thermanit 23 不锈钢焊条 E309MoL-17原装德国蒂森 Thermanit Nicro182 ENiCrFe-3镍基焊条Ni70Cr15镍基合金焊条,熔敷金属含有适量的锰、钼和铌,具有良好的抗裂性,采用直流反接。
用途:用于焊接有耐热、耐蚀要求的镍基合金,也可用于异种钢的焊接或用作过渡层及堆焊焊条。

说明:ENiCrFe-2 是低氢型药皮的镍基合金焊条,化学成分代号
NiCr15Fe12NbMo,由于焊缝中含有铌钼等合金元素,所以熔敷金属有较好
抗裂性能及耐腐蚀性能,采用直流反接,可全位置焊接。
用途:主要用于 Inconel600、Incoloy800 等镍基、铁镍基合金、不锈钢、低
合金钢相互之间的异种材料焊接。

2.焊前必须清除焊件表面铁锈、油污、水分等杂质
ENiCrFe-1镍基焊条为支流电焊条,可应用于温度范围从超低温至约980℃温度。焊接性及作业性良好,耐热,耐蚀性佳,尤其在低温时韧性良好,适用于Inconei对接,或Inconei和低合金钢,不锈钢等异材焊接用。
