用万能表检测电路板
1.离线检测
测出IC芯片各引脚对地之间的正,反电阻值.以此与好的IC芯片
进行比较,从而找到故障点.
2.在线检测
1)直流电阻的检测法
同离线检测.但要注意:
(a)要断开待测电路板上的电源;
(b)万能表内部电压不得大于6V;
(c)测量时,要注意外围的影响.如与IC芯片相连的电位器等.
2)直流工作电压的测量法
测得IC芯片各脚直流电压与正常值相比即可.但也要注意:
(a)万能表要有足够大的内阻,数字表为;
(b)各电位器旋到中间位置;
(c)表笔或探头要采取防滑措施,可用自行车气门芯套在笔头上,
并应长出笔尖约5mm;
(d)当测量值与正常值不相符时,应根据该引脚电压,对IC芯片正
常值有无影响以及其它引脚电压的相应变化进行分析;
(e)IC芯片引脚电压会受外围元器件的影响.当外围有漏电,短路,
开路或变质等;
(f)IC芯片部分引脚异常时,则从偏离大的入手.先查外围元器件,
若无故障,则IC芯片损坏;
(g)对工作时有动态信号的电路板,有无信号IC芯片引脚电压是不
同的.但若变化不正常则IC芯片可能已坏;
(h)对多种工作方式的设备,在不同工作方式时IC脚的电压是不同
的.
3)交流工作电压测试法
用带有dB档的万能表,对IC进行交流电压近似值的测量.若没有dB
档,则可在正表笔串入一只0.1-0.5μF隔离直流电容.该方法适用
于工作频率比较低的IC.但要注意这些信号将受固有频率,波形不
同而不同.所以所测数据为近似值,仅供参考.
4)总电流测量法
通过测IC电源的总电流,来判别IC的好坏.由于IC内部大多数为直
流耦合,IC损坏时(如PN结击穿或开路)会引起后级饱和与截止,使
总电流发生变化.所以测总电流可判断IC的好坏.在线测得回路电
阻上的电压,即可算出电流值来.
以上检测方法,各有利弊.在实际应用中将这些方法结合来运用.运用好了
就能维修好各种电路板。
