      送丝不顺的主要原因来自于焊丝的刮削

       

      刮削的产生是由于生产设备及焊丝的特性多造成的;

      // 制造生产过程中会造成微粒或者鳞状屑沾粘在焊枪导管的内壁,导致焊丝表面的磨损,从而造成焊丝表面的刮削。

      // 盘丝的绕线过程中,焊丝于焊丝的并列接触会造成焊丝碎屑剥落。

      // 合金焊丝的刮屑通常会积聚在送丝导管内,但这种情况也常发生于送丝滚轮及导电嘴。

      // 堵塞的送丝导管会造成焊接中止,焊道修整及零件更换等整体成本的上升
