FlowCountPRO可连接到专门配置的光电倍增管和/或PIN二极管探测器，以检测高和低活动水平的γ、高能正电子和β发射器。通过完全可变的能量窗口设置减少背景干扰。微型探测器（二极管和模拟）可以安装在小的位置，并且可以在距离基本单元12英尺的地方工作，使屏蔽更容易。
根据核素种类、活度大小，操作员可以优化流动池的设置。
