钴基堆焊焊丝
钴基堆焊焊丝与钴基堆焊条焊芯相同，特性及用途也与钴基堆焊焊条一样，即该合金焊丝具有良好的红硬性，在 600 ℃以上仍能保持较高的硬度及良好的耐磨、耐蚀性。其中，碳高、耐磨性好，但抗冲击能力下降。气焊的稀释率比电弧焊低，母材熔化量少、熔深较浅，堆焊质量高而被广泛应用。但气焊时由于被焊工件受热面积大、温升慢，工件变形量较电焊大。
